Although the item, a Big Bang Theory “Friendship Algorithm” T-shirt, fit my husband and made him very happy to receive it, this item did not come until a month after I purchased it. I don’t think I should have waited 20 days after it’s “expected delivery date” for this item to have been considered “lost in the mail”! Not only did I not give this to my husband until several weeks after our anniversary, but to have to go through pain of constantly emailing with the vendor, Newbury Comics, about the item was an aggrivation I did not need. I would have understood maybe a week after the “expected deliver date” but not a whole 20 days, and then I had to wait nearly a whole month after I had first placed the order to even receive it. I was, however, reiumbursed my just under $6 shipping and handling fee. But still… I shop at Newbury Comics often. I would have expected better via on-line, especially through Amazon. I would also like to mention that I have never had an issue through Amazon and am normally pleased with my purchases. Either way, I don’t think this will discourage me from shopping through Amazon again or through the vendor Newbury Comics. This was just an annoying and dissappointing fluke. I guess it happens to everyone at least once.
